Location is great, so close to vaporetto and piazza di San Marco, it’s a beautiful house and perfect to stay in family or couples or a group of friends. If you stay here, the host will take care of you 💚

Everything in this house was amazing. Maybe one of the cabin showers needs to be fixed due to the water stagnating. Nonetheless, the entire house is in perfect condition, it’s cozy, with confortable beds, and the host is the BEST 💚🌸

Emplacement proche place San Marco. Terrasse très agréable. Spacieux.

Located was brilliant.

The accommodation was generally fine for our stay in Venice, but there were a few issues that could definitely be improved. The main problem was the showers. The water pressure was very low, and the hot water was quite unreliable. Sometimes it took a long time for the shower to warm up, while on other occasions it wouldn’t get warm at all. The showers themselves could also do with a bit of a spruce up, as they looked quite dirty around the bottom and could have been cleaner. There was also a broken latch on one of the bedroom windows, which meant the window wouldn’t stay properly closed. This made the room very noisy, particularly at night, and made it difficult to sleep. We also paid the city tax in cash but didn’t receive the change we were due. Some of the instructions provided for the accommodation and various aspects of the stay could have been much clearer as well. Overall, the accommodation has potential, but a little more attention to maintenance, cleanliness and communication would make a big difference.
