Super goede ligging, op enkele minuten wandelen van san marco en Rialto. Supermarkt om de hoek is handig. Ook Valentina was heel behulpzaam .
Er was wat nacht lawaai maar met ramen toe niet zo een groot probleem.

Perfect for Venice - very centrally located.
There was a problem with the shower door being slightly off the hinges. We had 2 little boys with us and it was a blessing that when it finally unhinged and broke, it was an adult in the shower - she had scrapes but nothing major. In addition to cleanliness, hinges especially in bathrooms should be checked. We will be doing that too! I blamed myself for not bringing it up to the manager the first night I noticed it. Other than that the property is perfectly situated! Thanks to the owner and manager. I will recommend it to others!

Clean and good location
There’s an extra hidden fee 30€ for arriving after 7 pm and 50€ after 10 pm. As travelers, we don’t choose our arriving times, and Venice , in general, exploits the tourists shamelessly
