Great location. Very roomy, Well equipped kitchen and apartment

The bed was terrible The floor was dirty if you walked bare foot. No coffee not even dispoaible sachets. Dispite the 115 E cleaning fee we had to dispose of our own trash bag somewhere in the city the morning of our check out.

The location was amazing - literally a one minute walk to St Marks Square. The apartment was spacious with lovely period features.

The sofas were both very uncomfortable and the beds were really low. We couldn't use the shower in the ensuite as the door was broken (I had seen this comment posted previously so they are obviously are a little slow on repairs!) Also the plastic panel on the flush for the ensuite toilet was broken, although you could still flush the toilet. There was only one pillow per person so we would have liked more. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor, so you need to carry your suitcase up two flights of stairs. Also due to the historic nature of the building the floors slope so not great for older guests. It is also quite noisy at night due to the central location.

The location was excellent. It had everything we needed for a 4 day holiday. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Water leaked under the shower door, no plastic seal. The door key, it was difficult to get in the apartment on a daily basis. Could have done with extra pillow's

unica nota positiva che fosse vicino al luogo dei miei impegni e ben organizzato il check in

molta polvere, meno curato di come appare in foto, mobilio usurato, macchie di muffa nei bagni
