Wonderful place, I hope to stay again
Fridge could do with an upgrade and place needs a broom and somewhere/something to dry your clothes.
Otherwise it was perfect and I managed fine as is.

The apartment is very large and well positioned, within 5 min of a boat station and excellent restaurants (Vecia Gina for pizza, for example). The view from the front is very pretty, especially when the sun raises behind Sant'Elena, as is the large, tree-filled courtyard at the back. The stadium is always dead, except during the bi-weekly matches when thousands of loud yet peaceful Venetians stream from the rest of the city to sing and cheer (and drink). The beds are comfortable and the bathroom recently redone.
Shower water pressure is low, though this is common in the area. A minimum of kitchenware is available. We couldn't get the TV to receive any signal, but that's probably due to our poor understanding of the system. We had only one set of keys.
