We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail, the quality of the apartment, and the excellent value for money. The apartment is spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has comfortable heating and air conditioning, a great bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The location is another huge advantage. It is situated in a beautiful, quiet, and green area of Venice, away from the crowds yet very well connected. There is a nearby waterbus stop that makes it easy to reach any part of the city, and at the same time, walking around Venice from this neighborhood is an absolute pleasure. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would not hesitate to come back. If we visit Venice again, we would love to stay here. Highly recommended!

The apartment opens directly into the park and is outside of the touristy buzz of Venice, which for us with a baby was just perfect. It is very close to the vaporetto boat stop, so you can either walk into the city or take the boat, also Venice Lido is just one boat stop away. There are couple restaurants and cafes close by, so you don't need to walk far to get food or coffee. The apartment looks very new and is well equipped and comfortable.
