La posizione, la pulizia e la giusta dimensione

La doccia, ma è spesso così in Uk con le caldaiette per avere l’acqua calda… non pratica

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The outdoor space was a bonus and we enjoyed taking breakfast outdoors. The owner had thought of everything we could possibly need. We also liked the convenience of the straight forward walk of no more than 10 mins to the main bus station. There is a Tesco Express close by. The ground floor apartment/flat was great situated at the back of the property. It was quiet during our stay. Note there are other flats in the building. The area is not the most salubrious in Exeter but I knew this on booking. It was fine for us as a couple walking together from the bus station at night time. The Great West run passed by the front of the property while we were there and we enjoyed watching some of that. See photos looking out onto street in both directions.

I had a very good stay in the apartment. The place is quiet, the space is small, but very cosy and comfortable. It is close to the centre and there are also markets nearby, which makes everyday life much easier. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. I'll definitely be back soon if there's an opportunity. Thank you for the stay, for the friendliness and for the humility in the service.

Everything was so normal and quiet I spent from the time resting.. ;)

fab location, very helpful host. Studio had everything needed for a couple of nights. Loved sitting out on the wee patio with a drink in the summer evening.

no tv but its no travesty when keeping busy and out until quite late.
