Very well located, close by public transport, market and points of interest (at walking distance), Easy to check in and comprehensive information received from the host well in advance. Spacious and quiet. We stayed with two kids one of 7 years and one of 7 months and all in all it served us well.
The knife needs to be sharpened, not too much natural light, the couch in the living almost lived its life already, so good to be changed soon. Price a bit high for what you get, but this seems to be usual for center Rome...

Location is 10/10. Host was very responsive and bought coffee for us and left us a bottle of champagne. Would stay again.
Recommend new beds and sheets, decluttering (like bust in back bedroom 0 just takes up too much room) and fixing shower/bathtub - water everywhere when showering - not ideal.
