The best location for visiting National park. It is located right inside the park (close to West gate), saving you from having to wait in line at the entrance. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the hostess of this guesthouse; she is the kindest and most helpful person we met in China. She was a huge help in planning our walks through the park and arranging our transfers. There was also an incident where we left our tablet in the room. Before we even realized it was missing, she had already messaged us and found a way to get it to us in another city.

The hosts are super friendly, its like being welcomed in a new family. The rooms are clean and spacious, you will not only leave with amazing memories but also with a full belly as the food is amazing. We were confused about all the different routes in Zhangjiajie but the host was so kind to help us buy tickets and organise all our transportation. I can highly recommend them.

Really amazing accommodation, so happy we chose this! It really felt like being at home, with the owner caring for us in every single way - we had homecooked food that was delicious, had help with planning around the nature park. The host knows the park well, speaks english, and she gave us ready-to-go routes based on how long we were staying which were going outside the main crowds. she also helped us buy tickets, and knew the right locals to help us with whatever we need, she was just an angel. The location is beautiful and quiet, and right at the West Entrance Gate to the park. We felt very welcome and it definitely made our visit of Zhangjiajie much better!

The only thing is the beds - the matress was a traditional chinese one, so it can feel firm and hard if you are used to european beds.

We loved staying at Xiangzixi Homestay! The location of the place is just perfect, you will avoid all waiting lines and bus schedules. You wake up and you are inside the park. Also is close to the west gate, so you will also avoid many tourists. The rooms are exceptional, very clean, with AC and hot water. It is all very nice. However, the best is the service! They will help you to organise your visit in the park, booking tickets, suggesting routes. They were truly helpful. Besides, the food in the place is really tasty. One tip: We were lucky with the weather and we could do star gazing in the night in a little swing next to the water! The only bad thing in this trip is that we didn’t have time to try the pool because we were too busy, but it looked fantastic! Please, if you are thinking where to stay, here will be a great experience!
