Location was excellent. Room was nice and big, and clean. Dino and Tiffany were amazing. They provided a level of service you would expect from someone who really cared. They contacted me a week or two before, helped me put together an itinerary, booked restaurants, taxis, booked tickets to the places we went. Could not fault them. It’s lovely, rustic charm was perfect.
It was horrible to leave!

Great staff that were extremely helpful and friendly. Helped us plan our itinerary and booked tickets for us and even helped with cancellations! Staff were very quick to respond to any requests or concerns.
Location is great if you want to enter the forest park early and before the crowd, Dino gave us a guided map to follow with our days at the forest park.
Breakfast had minimal options to select from.

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was peaceful.
The room was modern and cosy.
It was close to the national park and Winnie helped us with the map and book tickets.
They also helped woth transfer to and from the train station
Breakfast was lovely but limited - children had no drink options
Adults had black coffee no other options
Room photo on booking.com did not match the room picture
