Locating is great.

Parking very poor. TV in room didn't work.

Good location in the heart of Whitby. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Vehicular access was difficult. Our room was located on the first floor. There were a lot of stairs. Not really suitable for anyone with a disability. However there are ground floor rooms if stairs are a problem.

Location, view, restaurant food

Nobody from the Hotel made contact to see if we were enjoying our stay, or needed anything, other than initially to give us the key ( no mention of what to do with the key on departure), Supplied cups for tea/coffee in room not cleaned after use, although room looked to have had towels folded, bed made and bin emptied daily Old building with wooden floors, meant every move made in the room upstairs above ours was very intrusive/noisy, tolerable in daytime, not great at 05.00am in morning No where to put clothes, other than hanging in wardrobe,(poor selection / number of plastic hangars - invest in some wooden ones!) A small chest of drawers would help, along with an armchair one of ceiling lights not working in bathroom - made it very dark
