+ location was close to the center (within 10 minutes walking) + staff was very friendly + it was clean

- breakfast was not good (warm things from the buffet like omelette, pancakes were always cold, bread was hard as it seems it was there for several days) - so very disappointing - our room was very, very small (hardly enough space to unpack two suitcases) - furniture in the room seemed to be quite hold - rooms are poorly soundproofed (you can hear everything from outside on the street as well as when someone was even walking past your door)

Everything. Room was clean and cute. Space was thoughtfully decorated. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with nice view of the city.

It’s a little far from the main square, but I didn’t mind.

We arrived late at night, and the receptionist gave us the key to someone else’s occupied room, which was not a great first impression and a safety concern for the poor girl who’s room it was! They did not offer any apologies, just ‘oops’. Then, in the shower, the glass shower door fell off and fell on me - thankfully didn’t break. Again no apologies from the staff, and still continued to charge me full price for the room and water. Room was also a lot smaller than in the photographs, and the bed pretty hard. It was disappointing as we’d treated ourselves to a more expensive hotel for the night after our trek, but it was definitely the worst value for money and least nice hotel that we experienced in Peru. Spend your money elsewhere!
