- Kitchen layout and appliances
- General decor and vibe of property
- Great having two toilets
- Onsite parking and close to public transport
- Respectful neighbours
- Bed: pillows were not to our liking and did not offer head/neck support, and mattress lacked support and made our backs ache (this is personal preference and experience)
- Issue with boiler: unit lost water pressure during our stay and stopped all hot water. However, we contacted the emergency number in the welcome pack and the issue was fixed quickly.

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable bed. Nice 25 minute walk into York and easy to get bus back home later, bus stop almost opposite the house. Great to have on site parking
Central heating switched itself on while we were out- house was like a furnace when we came in. We were able to switch off individual radiators but worryingly we found it impossible to open any lounge or bedroom windows.

Really quiet, clean and furnished to a high standard. On site free parking. Over the other side of York racecourse so an easy walk across the course directly to the admission gates
Nothing negative. I would suggest some storage in the bathroom as there wasn’t a shelf or anything to put toiletries on. The TV signal was intermittent with no screencast facility or access to allow your own Netflix etc. to be used. Small things though that would not prevent us returning
