A suburban location about about 2.5 miles to centre York with good bus transport to York centre close by
Very spacious and well equipped - good wifi
The host was responsive to messages and greeted us on arrival with the keys
There was a good welcome pack with milk, tea coffee and cereal
Quiet, no road noise. and and off road parking
All on one level - so good accessibility
Local supermarket was a 15 mins walk away
Kitchen had a gas hob which is bad for indoor air quality and poor for the environment.
The lack of a dishwasher did not matter to us, but others might find it a nuisance. (There was only 4 sets of cutlery and plates etc)

Spotlessly clean and had everything in the apartment we needed. Good to have a quiet seating area outside. Could not fault anything. Thanks to Andy and Jo for communications and meeting us on arrival. Will return!!
Nothing!
