The staff were so friendly and helpful, truly made the experience exceptional! Also, the spa area was amazing - we had a day of rain and were so happy to stay in and relax and enjoy the spa areas.

This hotel was one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service was exceptional-warm and welcoming and responsive without being stuffy or condescending. The room was comfortable and well appointed, the bathroom a very big size. The hotel takes care of you 100%, from wonderful meals to outings and hikes, to the pool area with such comfortable chairs to lounge in. We only wished we had thought to stay longer.

Everything else was amazing. Service was exceptional. Rooms are excellent, clean, beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was great - plenty of options to choose from.

Parking was a bit small, not enough spots available. No outdoor pool and not enough beds near the indoor pool.

Great staff, great rooms, great facilities. Very accommodating, professional and caring people in a wonderful hotel: all ingredients for a perfect stay. The food/service was excellent, the reception very attentive from A to Z, the bartender was skilled and friendly, even the music was great. The spa area is a must do.

Everything in this hotel are excellent the modern room , breakfast and the location I would like to give special thank to Mr.Alberto who help me to watch the JUVENTUS game in the lounge he made my day.

There is no AC in the room even you don’t needed but I feel not comfortable without the sound of AC

The Hotel is directly in the center of the town, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is excellent starting with an wonderful breakfast buffet and ending with different options for dinner changing every day.. The Hotel has a high standard for cleaningness everywhere which is very important in these times of COVID-19. I can only recommend this place.
