Great location and facility, very good breakfast!
My room is too dark! Many bugs were found in the room.

The location was superb! Close to the lifts.
The staff, in particular, Sobi, Sicilia, and Natalie, were amazing. We were having an issue with our TV and she came up to our room and fixed it.
Sobi went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and was so friendly.
The breakfast was outstanding.

The staff was excellent, very accommodating. The food was delicious.
The bed was too hard for me but the pillows were literally like rocks. Very uncomfortable pillows.

The friendly and helpful staff
Very uncomfortable bed, scented soaps I couldn’t use, very loud- located next to a loud late night bar.
