I stayed at etoe hotel in Shinjuku for a couple nights and it was great. The staff were easy to communicate with. The location should sell you on this place, Shinjuku at your doorstep, such a lively city - this hotel was tucked away in a quiet street with the station super closeby.
We had issues with our QR code granting us access to enter in but the staff their was excellent and guided us through the set up process that I received in an email prior.

The room (“slow room”) was spotless and beautifully designed, and the whole property felt incredibly calm and quiet, a real haven in the middle of Tokyo. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful. What really stood out was how smooth and autonomous the check-in/check-out process was, entirely handled via QR code, making our arrival and departure fast and effortless.
Nothing in particular. The stay went smoothly from start to finish.

The room was cute, location was good, nice quiet hotel. Room was tidy. Area was close to a train station, and one stop away from Shinjuku but without being right in the middle of it. We didnt use any of the facilities like the sauna. The lobby was nicely stocked with treats too. Staff were fast to respond when we needed them
There were some weird things in the room with the power / lighting set up. Certain light switches didnt work, or only worked when other lights were on. E.g. the toilet light would not turn on without the hallway light being on, which was annoying at night.

Good location to Korea town of Shinjuku with great restaurants and trains nearby and good security with QR code entry to everything
Expensive for the size of rooms which were pretty small . Not much staff contact mostly self serve
