Tru By Hilton Flagstaff

Bed was super comfy. Loved the pillows. The breakfast was really good.

Close to the freeway, great breakfast selection and store selection in the lobby. Modern and easy to find your way around. The main facility was very clean and staff friendly. The outdoors was nicely and tastefully decorated for the season with great lounging areas. We were just passing through and would stop again.

Noisy ice machine, loud bath fan that we couldn’t turn off, and hated the tipping signs. Our room was not very clean though the facilities as a whole were. We had to clean up hair balls on the floor and keep shoes on because it was not vacuumed. The bathroom was cleaned but not well, and the bottles were almost empty, we stayed one night so it was ok, but would not have been if we stayed any longer. There was a university volleyball and football team staying at the same time, and breakfast staff could have used some help. One to clean and one to refill was not enough. We got breakfast somewhere else.

Love vibe and design — 1st time staying in Tru group

The beds and pillows were so comfy. The location was cool as well.

Pay for parking when they have no shortage of space or parking! Just another money grab....the rooms also pick up a ton of noise. From about 5am on all you here is doors slamming and ogres stomping about. Very very loud!
