Located on the 13th floor of a building facing Plaza de Callao, it is completely exterior and offers stunning city views. You won’t get tired of looking out the window!
This lovely apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable.
It features a bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid, a private bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, vitroceramic cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, plates, and cutlery.
Among the amenities of this magnificent apartment, you’ll also find free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, and an iron.
It’s ideal for a stay where you can feel at home, with supermarkets, traditional and modern bars, the most famous restaurants, and everything you need nearby to make Madrid your home.

The nearest metro stations are:Metro Callao (lines 3 and 5): Right in front of the apartment building.
Metro Santo Domingo (line 2): 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Metro Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, and suburban train Renfe C3, C4 and Intercity)

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. The view from the apartment is spectacular. Best location in the city. Keep in mind that the street is loud and crowded. So if you want to stay in a quiet place, it is not for you.

The apartment is very well located. The furniture is the strict minimum. The lights in the ceiling are cool white, like in hospital, it takes a lot away from the apartment. The paint on the walls needs refreshing. We had a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom, the managers reacted very quickly.

We greatly enjoyed the simple and well appointed apartment in the Madrid Centro! Location is outstanding with beautiful views of the Madrid skyline, Gran Via and Callao Plaza below! Easy walking to many of Madrid’s famous sites and restaurants. Metro access is right outside the building. This apartment was a great find for our stay in Madrid! Thank you!

Excelente ubicación y cercanía con todo. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y de buena calidad. La atención fue muy buena.
