Typical Tuscan farmhouse, ancient of end 1800, recently restored, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two kitchens / living room with satellite TV, wi-fi internet, shared pool with the villa next to 5 x 10 x 1. 5 m . Possibility to eat outside. ,
The villa is surrounded by greenery, in the typical Tuscan countryside, with a large garden of over 6000 square meters, among 100 olive trees and fruit trees, fenced, with ample free parking .. It is equipped with the following comforts: satellite TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, electric oven, gas cooker, fridge, barbecue. The house has independent heating. There are books, cards, chess, soccer balls available to guests. Small pets are allowed. Linen with weekly change is included.

There with a big family, Great location to stay and go to the surrounding cities and beaches.Good big house, nice big rooms. Not all top top quality but just really nice. Wifi is an issue if you need it. Hotspot was the solution.

Gabriella and her family made everything to facilitate our week.
Location is perfect, pool was great even if a bit old. And hope équipement could have been even better with a second fridge

Lovely farmhouse in an ideal location to explore this beautiful part of Italy. 5 large rooms and bathrooms so ideal for a large family and a great sized pool to cool off in. Really enjoyed our stay here, thanks.

The house is great, cumfortable and spacious. The location is wonderfull as well, 45 min away from Firenze, Pise and its tower, 20 minutes from the nearest beach and Lucca.
We spend a great day over there.
