The pristine features of the beautiful villa include a fully equipped contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar area, a large dining table, full size refrigerator, appliances such as coffee maker, and microwave. A washer/dryer are just off the kitchen area. The drinking water is completely filtered throughtout the Villa La Estancia complex.
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center
and a full bath.
There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bathjust off the living room.
Other ammenities of theis beautiful villa include flat screen TV's in all rooms,
cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.

The unit was very well appointed, decorations in the Mexican style was perfect, really made us feel like we were in Mexico. Kitchen had everything you needed. Bedrooms quite large and comfortable beds. Amenities were the best, We loved the large balcony.
