We have a ground floor garden view condo that can accommodate two-six people. The condo is spacious and elegant, with 2200 square feet of living space. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors throughout. The condo has a full kitchen which include a washer and dryer area, breakfast bar, dining room, and living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area, and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a bathroom and two queen-size beds. This is a governmental fee that is mandated by the local government; even though the fee is collected by the resort upon check-out.

While you may not be impacted by this, please be aware that there may be potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay.
