2 )This is a 2nd floor walk-up (no elevator) w/1 parking space. Additional public, non-metered parking is available.
3) This is a no smoking or vaping unit
4) Per condo rules there are no pets allowed
5) Please obey the condo rules posted on the stairs and be considerate of your neighbors.
6) We do not supply linens (bed sheets, towels, etc), dish supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, or beach chairs; please bring with you.
