We stayed during a weekend sporting competition for our child’s sport team. The location was perfect and the unit was even better!
I hope we have a competition in OCM next year because I know where I will stay!

Booked this trip to head down and play golf. Was perfect, as advertised. Owner great about checking in to be sure the place was ok. Would highly recommend this property and owner.

My sister and I stayed here for 5 days - Carl was an awesome host, open communication at all times. My sister and I were very grateful that he left us into the rental before the check in time, for that day we were able to enjoy the day on the beach for that was the only 🌞 day we had. We walked into the rental and my sister and I looked at it each other and we both said "WOW" this place was emmaculant-clean, cozy, beautiful, home away from home. Location was spot on - very short distance to beach ⛱️. Thank you again Carl for allowing us to stay - we will rent again next year if available.

We had a great time on our vacation at this property. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items so that we didn’t have to eat out in restaurants for most of our trip like we’ve done in the past, and it was surprisingly spacious for six people, and really felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again.

For us, this condo is perfectly located. It’s within walking distance to a few of our favorite restaurants. The beach doesn’t get overly crowded in this area. The condo is nicely kept and beautifully updated. Carl was very friendly and informative of all details regarding our stay. I will definitely be looking into staying here again.

What I loved about this place was very close to the beach and very clean, nice lay out. The owner very nice will check on us is everything is ok. I would stay there again for sure.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here and we just love it. Perfect location to the beach, easy parking, clean unit and all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. We will most definitely be back again!

We had a great time staying here. The unit is small, but it came with everything we needed. Everything was kept in top condition. Parking was convenient. Most of all, it is right on the beach, and close to many eateries. The host was very easy to communicate with. We felt right at home here!

This condo was beautiful clean and right by the beach. The owner even checked to make sure I was enjoying myself. It felt like I was renting from family. Thank you Carl for sharing your wonderful condo with all of us on VRBO. It was the perfect location for us to be close to the Convention Center, Seacrets, restaurants, etc. You did a great job on the remodel. It was fantastic. We enjoyed staying and are looking forward to it again!

Renting this property for the weekend was a breeze! Carl was so responsive and informative, it really made renting simple and easy. The property location is excellent, right in the middle of everything so you can walk to a lot of prime spots. A couple of negatives: the cleaning company that cleaned before we got there did a horrible job. The floors were filthy. Walking barefoot on the floor was gross. Your feet turned black with dirt. You could tell they quickly came in and did a sub-par job of wiping anything down. We loved that the place had a washer/dryer combo. So we could wash our towels and sheets before we left; however the washer smells pretty moldy, so we skipped out on using it. The dispenser where you add detergent is also broken. We get that rentals are used OFTEN, but in this case there are a few things that can be done to make it feel more fresh when new guests come in.

Carl was wonderful and so helpful! He was always available when you needed anything and always checks in. This condo is the perfect location in ocean city and it allows you close walking to almost everything. Will stay again!

Updated and well-maintained condo just steps to the beach. Be aware (as it states in the listing) that you’ll need to supply your own sheets for the bed, as well as supplies like paper towels, TP, etc. Carl, the host, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was perfect for our needs. Quick trip for Jeep Week. Location was great-we were across the street from Convention Center. Off street parking was no problem. Communication from the owner was the best I've ever had. He checked in with us to make sure check in went smoothly.; checked in after first night. Very communicative! Would stay again.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. He sent out a handyman immediately when a couple things were broken. Good location. Beach was not very crowded and plenty of parking.

This condo was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Will stay again :). About 12 blocks from boardwalk, but we love to walk so we just walked over when we wanted the crowds and hung back near 41st when we wanted a more chill environment. Restaurants, stores all within walking distance. Carl was available for any questions.

We had a great weekend stay! The condo is very clean and comfortable. My two young daughters and I felt safe and had an amazing time. Super quick walk to the beach and quick walk or drive to tons of restaurants and activities. 5 stars!

This is a real nice place, 5 minutes walk to the beach, the area is very quiet and the rooms match the pictures on virbo. Carl the host was very communicative and check in was very easy too. I highly recommend this place. One thing to note is to bring your own toilet paper, paper towel, bed sheets and towels as those are not provided. Carl told us about it before our arrival and we went prepared so that was fine with us.

Great location by the beach
Overall, this was a great trip! The location made it really easy and quick to walk to the beach with all our gear. The neighborhood was perfectly in between the boardwalk and grocery stores. The only thing I wish was different was if the property could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Otherwise Carl is a fantastic host with a beautiful property!

The condo was very clean. It had everything you would need for a great vacation. Carl the property owner was easy to communicate with. He got back to you very quickly. I would highly recommend staying there. I give it 5 stars.

Amazing Beach Condo!!
Our time at this condo was nothing short of amazing! Carl was absolutely amazing to work with! He reached out frequently throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed! Plenty of room for a family of five! We loved being able to sit out on the patio throughout the day! Close and easy beach access! Great location to restaurants, stores, and the boardwalk. Will definitely be back and will let friends and families know that this condo is the place to stay!

Nicely appointed, conveniently located, well-managed
Carl was responsive to my questions before we arrived and checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The beach is a short walk, the location isn’t busy with traffic, and there’s convenient parking. The condo is nicely renovated and we were very comfortable there and would definitely stay again.

Perfect in evert way!
The condo is in a great location Midtown. It was clean and updated with a great fresh look. We loved the table and chairs on the balcony. It provided a shady place for morning tea and afternoon relaxing with a book. Host checked on us but we had everything we needed.

Well-kept condo.
The condo is well-kept with updated kitchen. Nice place. We parked on street in front of condo because the parking lot was very confusing to get to ur spot...actually No One was parked in the garage.

My husband and I needed a few relaxing days away from home and this stay was perfect. Carl was an amazing host and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, decorated nicely and right on the beach. We will definitely be staying again.
