The unit was clean and well stocked. If you’re attending a Topeka music festival this is the place to stay. Venue entrance right outside and no waiting for the elevator since it’s ground floor. Everything else is within walking distance too!

Condo and location was great. Loved being next to pool and it was an easy short walk to the beach. Enjoyed our stay with walking to restaurants and stores.

The great grand children loved being so close to the pool. The walk to the beach was a bit much for a senior but I managed ok. We enjoyed the large patio.
