This Home includes Parking for 1 vehicle, in-home Washer/Dryer, Adjustable King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Cable TV, WiFi, Linens, Beach and Bath Towels, fully equipped kitchen, private patio, BBQ, & 4 beach chairs. **Our home King Sized Beds are (2) twin XL beds joined together to form a full-size king bed, with independent electronic adjustment for each side. This setup provides both the flexibility of personalized comfort and the spaciousness of a standard king.

This property is located in Balboa between 9th & 10th St. Perfectly situated between Newport and Balboa Piers. You can walk or ride our bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, and boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.
For those of you with kids, The nearby Bay beach is perfect for families. Marina Park is just a few blocks away with a giant Grass area to hang out at making this home an ideal location for families.

Great location. Great place for my husband, our toddler, and myself. Would need more couch seating for a 4th person. The large table and seating was great. We especially enjoyed the split door near the kitchen to the let in the ocean breeze. But it is noisy as would be expected on Balboa Ave. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We used the free trolley on the weekend. Was nice to keep our car parked behind the house in the designated parking spot and walk around everywhere. Also having two bathrooms and two tvs was nice. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. Didn't end up using the gas fireplace or bbq on the small patio but it was nice having them as an option. There were also beach chairs and sand toys but we didn't use them. Would stay here again as it checked all of our boxes.

It was a beautiful stay. The home was very updated, clean and comfortable. Host was timely and responsive.

The property was great! The check-in details were extremely thorough and very helpful. The location was great and about a block and a half from the beach entrance. The house was very clean and equipped with dish soap, laundry detergent, and shower toiletries which made it easy for our stay (especially with an infant!!).My only feedback would be that the fireplace wasn’t working for the first couple of days and was difficult to get fixed. We reached out about this issue through Vrbo messenger, but didn’t receive a response from the management company for over two days. Supposedly the management company doesn’t check Vrbo messages, only messages through their management company’s portal (which was somewhat annoying to download and use), but that was unknown to us as the guests. Had this been a more serious/emergent issue, it would have been more significant.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.
