Anglewoods, locally owned and operated by Cooperstown Baseball Rentals, is a spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath waterfront home on Goodyear Lake, conveniently located just 11.8 miles from Cooperstown All Star Village and 10.6 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park.
Here, your Cooperstown baseball trip doubles as a classic summer lake getaway. Between games, head out on the kayaks, swim or fish from your private dock, relax on the deck overlooking the water, or wind down around the fire pit overlooking the lake. With plenty of room to spread out indoors and out, Anglewoods gives families a comfortable place to reconnect, recharge and enjoy their time together away from the ballfield.
Inside, the home offers plenty of gathering space while still giving everyone room to spread out. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes family meals easy, while the game room with foosball table gives kids and adults another place to unwind. Five bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, with Smart Roku TVs in every bedroom, and 4.5 bathrooms help make busy tournament mornings easier.
The lake is the heart of the Anglewoods experience. Enjoy beautiful Goodyear Lake views from the deck or from the private balcony off the second-floor king bedroom. Spend an afternoon swimming or fishing from the private dock, explore the lake with the two single kayaks provided for guest use, or fire up the Weber gas BBQ grill for an easy family dinner. As evening settles in, gather around the fire pit overlooking the water and enjoy a quieter side of your Cooperstown baseball vacation.
Thoughtful extras add to the comfort of your stay, including central air conditioning, free on-site laundry and a backup generator for added peace of mind.
Conveniently situated between Cooperstown and Oneonta, Anglewoods offers easy access to area restaurants, attractions and shopping while providing a peaceful residential lake setting to come home to at the end of the day. The home and its lakefront amenities are intended for the enjoyment of registered guests, making Anglewoods a wonderful place for your family to relax and recharge together between tournament activities.
At Anglewoods, the time between games can be just as memorable as the games themselves.

Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to spend at Anglewoods! The house was perfect and everything worked great. We did get to enjoy the firepit in the evenings and roasted plenty marshmallows....The beds were extrremely comfortable and everything else was as advertised. The location was perfect for either Dreams park of All Star Village. We played at ASV and the drive was and easy 15 minutes.
