Captain's Lookout, locally owned and operated by Cooperstown Baseball Rentals, is a spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bath waterfront home overlooking Goodyear Lake. Sleeping up to 10 guests, it offers beautiful lake views, multiple outdoor living areas, and plenty of space for families traveling together.

Conveniently located between Cooperstown and Oneonta, the home is 10.6 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 11.3 miles from Cooperstown All Star Village — making it a great choice for tournament families who want to combine baseball with a relaxing lake vacation.

The 2,125-square-foot home is arranged over two levels, providing families with room to spread out. The main level features a spacious open living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, wet bar with quartz countertop, two queen bedrooms with private bathrooms, and an additional full bathroom with a whirlpool tub.

The lower level offers additional living and recreation space, including two king bedrooms, a twin bedroom, game area with foosball, summer kitchen, and laundry facilities. With five full bathrooms and multiple living areas, Captain's Lookout works especially well for two or three families sharing a home.

Outside, a series of multi-tiered decks overlook Goodyear Lake, with space for outdoor dining, grilling, morning coffee, or simply enjoying the view. At the private waterfront, guests can enjoy two kayaks, a fire pit, fishing poles, and the peaceful lake setting.

Additional conveniences include central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart Roku TVs throughout the home, heated bathroom floors, laundry facilities on both levels, a Weber gas grill, and parking for 4–5 vehicles.

Captain's Lookout offers the best of both worlds — convenient access to the area's baseball tournaments with the space, scenery, and private waterfront setting to make the rest of your family's trip feel like a vacation.
