Stunning, highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families.
This home features three Cal-King master bedrooms with en-suites and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds that share the hallway bathroom. The bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded with travertine/marble floors, custom panel cabinetry, hardware, granite countertops, and custom-designed showers with travertine/marble pattern inlays. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The bedding in the home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The partial open-concept kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, a full travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher—the dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the countertop bar. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.
The main living room has high-speed wireless internet and a queen sleeper sofa. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, an inground Jacuzzi, an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs. The game room, accessible through one of the children's rooms, features a pool table and ping pong. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers are also available. Laminate hardwood floors run throughout the home.
The home is a 1.1 mile walk to the Disney Bus/Tram in the Toy Story Parking Lot (free) and a 1/2-mile to the Anaheim Convention Center. It has central air and heat; you can watch Disney fireworks from the back and front yards.
This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Cars is 3-4 (depending on size). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Everything was an expected. The hosts communication was amazing, we had to reach out with a few questions and they repaired extremely quick each time. The location was amazing to Disney

Well appointed home with all amenities as described. Hosts were very accommodating and had great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool - yes. Home - yes. Lavish - NO. This was an old home in a basic, old neighborhood near Disney. Nothing to be excited about. The house was not very clean. About 30 minutes after we arrived I picked up my grandson (who had been crawling around on the floor) and he was filthy.The beds were terrible. My husband and I were in the room at the front of the house. When you sit on the side of the bed the mattress sinks very low. When you lay down anywhere near the edge of the bed you feel like you are going to fall out. I challenge a member of management to go lay on the bed and tell me they don't need a new mattress. Similar issue with one of the mater beds in the back. We arrived later in the evening and the hot tub was nearly empty. Communication was great and they came and looked at it right away. The next morning it was still empty, but by the end of the day it was filled up. The water from the hot tub runs into the pool and I am not sure if that was the cause, but the pool was freezing. The kids got in on our last night and they were only in a few minutes because it was very cold. The fact that we had to pay the additional 'pool heating' fee was ridiculous because the pool was not warm at all. If you are going to charge extra, mandatory fees like that, you should make sure something is working first. Communication about check in was very good. That is the best thing about this property, which sadly doesn't warrant the price of the rental.
