Loved the location and quiet neighborhood. Pool was refreshing! We were traveling with a pup and the yard was exactly what we needed. Chad was very responsive anytime we needed to reach out. Definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Very nice home, we used it in April and will be back soon. Easy access to all of Venice must see spots

The pool was always a pleasant temp! Everything that’s needed for a beach day! A wonderful place especially if you have children or a couple of different families. Everything needed to prepare and cook for your family. Location is wonderful for short drives to the beach. We did have an issue with the refrigerator and the owner had a repair man come out to lol at it. The owner was very attentive in this manner.

We had a wonderful stay! Although it’s an older home it was in a very quiet neighborhood and the location was perfect! Close to everything but not in the mayhem of spring chaos!! I would highly recommend (except for my dates)
