Welcome to Courtyard Villa #B2. Only a short distance to the Pier/Village area and 3/4 mile to the nearest beach access point. Distance alone is enough to book this unit but it has so much more!
Upon entering the unit you will find the open concept with the kitchen, dining room and living room. You will love the furniture and decor and will find that most of your needs have be provided for. Just off the living room is an enlarged patio with table and chairs and a gas grill. A half bath rounds out the downstairs portion of the town home.
Going upstairs, you will find two bedrooms serviced by a full bath. The master bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Like downstairs, the upstairs is beautifully decorated and comfortable.
In the center of the complex there is a community pool for your use and pleasure. Pool is seasonal (avg mid-April until Labor Day).

• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

This condo was perfect for our family of single parent and kids. We loved the pool and how close it was to the pier. The condo was well appointed and clean. I liked having the kitchen to make some meals. It was a nice, quiet community and everyone was friendly. The only thing that wouldve made it perfect was a keypad at the condo to check in rather than having to pick up keys at the rental office & return them. But overall, perfect stay!

It's tucked away, but still a straight shot into the Village on Mallery. It's everything a couple or small family needs to run away and escape to the shore. Close enough to everything, but just far away enough to forget about it all and just chill.

Cute condo. Nice quiet location! Pool was not crowded! Close to beaches and pier.
Beds were very uncomfortable. So much that we decided to cut our trip short and not stay our last night. Disappointing.
