PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in during high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent pods and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This home participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We absolutely loved the property. The house was very clean, and the pictures were extremely accurate. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, with the pool, TV, seating, and grill. After about 5 p.m. the pool was mostly shaded, and we enjoyed the early evening swims, while watching TV and grilling. Would absolutely recommend the property.

Perfection! I have rented many houses over the years in Anna Maria, and this one of the best. So many amenities: all the light switches had labels for their purpose (amazing!), plenty of comfy furniture for 5 ladies to spread out, great linens, comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen, lots of accessories - really everything you need, The pool and patio were just great, the patio furniture was plentiful. Then lets talk location...1.5 blocks from the beach (with plenty of beach chairs, toys and umbrellas), close to restaurants, Pine St. ...couldn't be better! I'll definitely rent this wonderful house again!

We had a wonderful four day stay at this home, and i hope we will be back - it was so convenient, so comfortable and so well equipped! The back yard pool is like a little oasis after a long day at the beach. And to be within walking distance of restaurants and shops was such a pleasure - we didn't need the car or even a golf cart to get around!

Amazing and well stocked home, absolutely recommend this beautiful, very clean, home. Located very close to the beach, restaurants, & shops. stocked with beach toys, cart, and an umbrella for the beach. We stayed at another location after this in Siesta key and wished we could go back to this home in Anna Maria the remainder of our trip!
