Welcome to Barefoot Dreams! Our home was completely renovated in early 2021. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from beaches, downtown, shopping, fishing, and golfing. Or if you like, stay at home and relax by the screen enclosed pool/patio. The backyard is fully fenced in.

INSIDE THE HOME
The home is decorated in neutral tones with coastal decor. It has new ceramic tile flooring, renovated bathrooms, new lighting/ceiling fans and beautiful new furnishings throughout the house. New HVAC system recently installed.
The newly renovated kitchen includes new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and many small kitchen appliances:

The Dining Room has seating for 6. The Coffee Bar has a beautiful wood table that includes a Keurig Coffee Maker, and a Keurig Milk Frother.
The Living Room has a beautiful new sectional sofa, a 65” Sony Bravia Smart TV and ceiling fan.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet, king size bed, dresser, Samsung Smart TV and ceiling fan. The Master Bath has a tub/shower combination. The Guest Room is located on the other side of the house and has 2 XL Twin Beds, a Smart TV (Roku), a dresser, a double closet, and ceiling fan.The other bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are in the bathroom linen closets. Extra blankets and pillows are located in the bedroom closets.
A large (36"x36") portable playpen/crib is located in the Master Bedroom closet, with sheets.
The Florida Room has a new sectional sofa, a 32” Samsung Smart TV and ceiling fan.
The Laundry is located in the garage, just off the kitchen. It includes a Maytag Top Loading Washing Machine and Maytag Dryer, as well as a utility sink.
For the beach goer, we provide 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, a large beach umbrella, 3 coolers (S, M, L), beach bag, 9x10 beach blanket, 2 shark tooth rakes with sifter. We also provide 2 bicycles with helmets.
There are 2 security cameras located on the front exterior of the home. One at the front door and one over the garage, looking over the driveway.
STEP OUTSIDE
The backyard is fully fenced in. The pool is 14' x 25'. The screened in lanai has a covered porch with a sofa. Around the pool is a patio dining table with umbrella, 2 lounge chairs with cushions, and a BBQ Grill (propane included). There’s plenty of beach towels.

- No glass by the pool area, and no diving. Do not leave pool toys in the pool overnight. Only floating objects allowed in the pool.
- If BBQ Grill is used, it must be cleaned before checkout
PET POLICY
1 Dog (under 50 lbs.) allowed with fee. Pet waste must be disposed of. Any damage caused by the pet will result in additional fee.
There are dog bowls in the hall closet. Please use the quilts in hall closet if your dog likes to chill out on the sofa.
A wonderful dog park, Brohard Paw Park, is located 4.3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay at this dog-friendly home! Gerry was incredibly friendly and had great communication throughout the entire process, which made everything so easy and stress-free.The house was spotless and exactly as described in the listing and reviews — we truly could not have asked for more. The location was also perfect, with great restaurants nearby and beautiful beaches that were easy to get to.Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely be back again!

This home had everything we needed for a family beach vacation! It even had conveniences like baggies to pack the kids snacks in etc. Beach supplies and towels were great, all amenities clean and in good condition. Backyard was a relaxing oasis. Stocked laundry supplies so we always had clean towels for the beach and pool. Perfect house to stay in with a family of four. The kids loved sharing the room with the two twin beds.

Very thoughtfully stocked home. It was quiet at night and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and loved the Brohard paw beach park! It is so wonderful to find a dog friendly rental. My only complaint is the pool deck. It is very rough and crumbling. It makes the pool area and patio almost unusable. You have to wear shoes or flips to be comfortable. I did not deduct any stars because it may not be bothersome to other guests.
