Welcome to 10V4 by AlgarveManta, a spacious and comfortable V4 dwelling located in Manta Rota, just about 800 meters from Manta Rota Beach. Situated on a quiet street and just a few minutes walk from the sea, this property is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay in the Algarve, with easy access to the nature of Ria Formosa Natural Park, located about 1 km away.
The dwelling is distributed over three floors and accommodates up to 7 people, offering four comfortable rooms: two with double beds and three with single beds, including suite rooms that ensure greater privacy. In total, it has four bathrooms, with different configurations of showers, bathtub, and a service bathroom ensuring total comfort for all guests.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a cozy living room, a service bathroom, and a modern open-space kitchen with a dining room. This space extends to a large exterior with a yard, ideal for social moments, where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a barbecue, sink, table, and chairs. On the first floor are two double-bed rooms, one of them en-suite, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub and balconies facing north and south. The attic includes two more rooms, one with two single beds and another en-suite with a single bed and access to a pleasant terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, combined refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, offering everything you need to prepare meals. The house also has air conditioning, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, MEO TV, safe and iron.
On the outside, in addition to the backyard and leisure areas, there are also balconies and garden furniture that make the space perfect for relaxing. The location is another strong point, with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and ATMs within walking distance, as well as easy access to golf courses such as Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei. There is public parking nearby.
For the greater comfort of guests, pets and smoking are not allowed inside the accommodation.

Comodidades da habitação, bem equipada com espaço para famílias numerosas.
Não dá para melhorar a distância até à praia mas, tenho de salientar que até à praia mais próxima são uns bons 15 mins a pé.
