It includes patios off of both the bedroom and the living room, giving you plenty of opportunities to sit out with a cold beer from one of our local breweries while watching the sunset.



Come back inside to kick back on the couch and watch something on the Smart TV, whip up a delicious meal in the full kitchen, and enjoy complimentary WiFi! Just 5 minute walk from your front door is the public river trail and Pioneer Park where you can stroll alongside the Deschutes while taking in the sights. 10 more minutes upstream will lead you straight into the downtown area, which hosts some of the best restaurants and breweries in town! Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Pioneer Park Rentals Rentals manages more than 15 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
