The connected kitchen is complete with all your basic cookware, and full fridge for any leftovers from the delicious restaurants within walking distance!
The Space:
This condo is Unit 114/115 A.K.A "Leaf Your Troubles Behind", It is part of the Pioneer Park Condominiums on the edge of downtown Bend, near the banks of the Deschutes River.
This condo is roughly 650 square feet, and will sleep 4 comfortably in 2 separate sleeping areas. The master bedroom features a king sized bed that has a communicating lockable door between the living room. The living room features a futon, which we suggest only be used by children, although adults are welcome to it as well.
Enjoy the ambiance of a gas fireplace on those chilly Bend nights to give you a warm, cozy feeling or crank up the A/C for those hot summer nights. You will also have access to Wi-Fi.
This unit is in the Pioneer Park Condominiums, a development originally intended to be a downtown hotel near the Deschutes River. Several decades ago the individuals and families who owned the units in this former "condotel" decided to change course and get out of the hotel business, converting their units into private residences and vacation units. Therefore the units here all have a very personalized environment, given that each unit has amenities and furnishings hand-picked by their individual owners.

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit.
This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:
You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
Pioneer Park Rentals Rentals manages more than 15 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

This condo was perfect for our stay and was very comfortable!

I'm arrived at the condo at 356 and check-in was 4 o'clock.The cleaner was still in the room, and I had a warning from the owner that their short staff on cleaners, and he finished up quickly..No big deal.But somebody left a bag of garbage outside of the condo and it sat there for a day , and a half until I threw it away , I thought that was odd.
The unit looked a bit outdated compared to how it looked online to me and there was definitely no view of the river.Our view was the back of another building.But for the price, it was good.The bed was fine to sleep on the couch looked pretty run down but we didn't sleep on it.The kitchen looked great and was stalked with everything needed to cook any meal and there was barbecues in the back so that you could use as well , which was very handy.
The walls are very thin. We could hear the person above us, non-stop and but it was not enough to complain about because there's nothing you can do about thin walls. I must say that the photographer who took the photos for online was a skillful skillful person, because I do not feel that the condo looks nearly as up-to-date as it does in the photos But again, not a bad stay.And for the price, you can't beat it, and it's very close to everything.There was a homeless lady outside who was quite upset about something but that was the only thing that was really kind of concerning about the area

Unit was being painted on the exterior during our stay. We were notified of the painting 4 days after we checked in. Rooms had no numbers on them, parking was restricted, trash can sitting right outside our room all contributed a less then excepted accommodation's.
