Shopping, grocery stores, movies, bowling, entertainment and restaurants are all within walking distance from the condo. Shorewalk is an ideal holiday destination with plenty of attractions nearby to keep everybody entertained.
Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine in the lanai while soaking up the beautiful scenery right at your door step. If you would like to hear the sound of the water fountain and enjoy the fresh air, no problem, relax in a fully screened lanai and enjoy the soothing sounds of the water as it cascades from the fountain.With 1250 sq. feet of luxury, there is ample room to comfortably host up to 5 people (additional nightly fee for 5th person). The impressive large master bedroom and on-suite includes its own oversized walk-in shower, walk- in close. A large dresser and two night tables provide plenty of space for all your storage needs.
The spacious guest bedroom offers two comfortable beds. 1 full bed and one twin size bed. The room has large oversized closet, full sized dresser and night stand which provide plenty of storage space. There is also a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom includes a full bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. with granite counter tops.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has a large fridge, stove, dishwasher and smaller appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster and blender etc. for your convenience. The eat-in kitchen has a beautiful glass table and 4 chairs providing plenty of space. Enjoy your dining experience in the separate dining room with ample room for up to 6 people.
Ready to relax for the evening, enjoy the comfort of the large couch in the living room where you can settle in and watch your favorite shows on the HD flat screen TV and unwind from your busy day at the pool, beach or sightseeing and shopping.
The Shorewalk Vacation Villa Resort is located on 30 acres of lighted walkways and has excellent amenities including: 2 heated community swimming pools, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, newly renovated clubhouse with large screen TV, large sun deck, table tennis, ping pong, billiard/pool table, 2 oversized BBQ grills, free WIFI and six lakes stocked with fish. All amenities are included with your stay.
The condo has hi-speed internet and cable plus 3 TV sets and a telephone with free calling to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. The condo is located within a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse, pools, Jacuzzi’s and tennis courts. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival.
There are also 5 beach chairs with umbrella, provided for your use. Also included for your use are 2 tennis racquets, 3 tennis balls and a basketball. We ask that you kindly return all these items back to the condo in good condition for the use of future guests.
There is a washer and dryer provided located in the front hall should you need to do some laundry.
Sorry, no smoking inside or in the lanai. Please smoke outdoors. Firearms, ammunition, and other weapons are prohibited on the property unless the host has provided prior written approval
No pets, boats, trailers, RVs or jet skis are allowed at Shorewalk as per the condo association rules.

I’m gonna sound like a a broken record by saying this, but my host was absolutely amazing. This day was phenomenal. The cleanliness of the property was great! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Thank you, Richard for making this experience easy! We will be back!

Casa Mia is in an ideal location . Shorewalk is a lovely quiet resort with easy travel to the wonderful beaches. Host is very informative and responsive to any queries.Particular loved the lanai overlooking the lake and is shaded so can be used all day.

Richard was extremely communicative and helpful. The place met our needs for a convenient place to stay, but did not exceed expectations.The things I wish I’d known: thermostat is locked by owner and temp is restricted to no lower than 71 degrees, so fans must be running at all times. If you like quality paper products, add them to your grocery list (the paper products are very thin). The only soap provided were two very small bars that crumbled, no hand soap at the sinks, etc. The bathrooms were clean, but outdated. The quality of the beds and linens were subpar.All in all, we had a nice stay. The parking is convenient, the screened in porch was lovely, the complex was quiet and felt safe.
