This 4th-floor retreat is sure to become a vacation favorite!
The kitchen has everything needed to prepare home cooked meals and you can even enjoy the Gulf views while you pack up beach snacks or divvy up some takeout from one of Seagrove's amazing restaurants.
Both bedrooms have TVs with cable and the the guest bedroom and living room have DVD players. Your entertainment options are covered for movie nights or if a rainstorm puts a damper on your beach day.

Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, balcony access. Private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, TV. Easy access to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We loved this condo, especially the view! Beach access was super easy. We weren't super thrilled with the TV channel options, but fortunately we had nearly perfect weather all week, so we didn't have to spend much time inside the condo. Great communication from Benchmark before, during and after our stay. Hoping to stay here again!

Many good things about this condo-Great kitchen -All appliances were excellent-Great view, can view sunsets from balcony-great linens and towels- Comfortable bedsOne disappointment was the carpet in both bedrooms. Really needs to be replaced.

Incredible view. That was the whole purpose. Comfortable beds. Clean. Convenient location. Great binder with area attractions, restaurants, etc. Coupons for 1 free excursion per day was a great touch!

Excellent location, great management company. The unit needs updating. The TVs were a nightmare to run with all universal remotes & incorrect written instructions. Only two very small towels were provided in both bathrooms so take your own. No basic spices were provided (ie salt & pepper).
I do encourage people to drop off any unopened, unused food at Food for Thought in Santa Rosa Beach.
