Appartamento Sibilla is a first floor apartment located in the North of Monopoli. The accommodation can comfortably accomodate up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, air conditioning and internet Wi-Fi. There is also a parking area reserved for guests. A few steps from the house there are supermarkets and shops, it is also far 450 m from the nearest beach of Cala Susca, and about 1.5 km from the central square of Monopoli and from the famous downtown.

Appartamento Sibilla is a first floor apartment located in the North of Monopoli. Outside the accommodation there is a parking area reserved for guests. The house consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining table with chairs. The living room leads to a large outdoor veranda equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for summer lunches and dinners. On the veranda there is also a washing machine. Inside the house we also find the kitchen equipped with gas burners, sink, fridge, oven, microwave and toaster. A corridor leads to the sleeping area where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is present in the living room and in the corridor of the sleeping area.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.

Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.

Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival. Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty.
