With two bedrooms and two baths, this unit can sleep up to five guests. Located off Middle Gulf Drive, this complex is in a great location and close to everything on Sanibel!
* When you book a stay between August 1 and October 31, 2026, you’ll receive a full credit toward a future stay in the same unit should a named storm impact your travel plans. Your credit will be valid for the remainder of the year, giving you the flexibility to rebook when it works best for you.
Rates may vary based on travel dates. Guests will be responsible for any difference in pricing. No cash back.

Coquina 2B features a king bed in the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is a twin and queen bed in the guest bedroom that lead out to the guest bathroom. This condo has free WIFI and a smart TV in the spacious comfortable living room area. It joins the dining room area that features a pass-through window to the kitchen and a laundry area equipped with full-size washer and dryer. Unwind on the screened-in porch, which looks out to the community pool! These are just the beginning of what is in store for a perfect vacation! Everything was perfect…a lot of thought and effort went into this rental. Owner and management company made check-in easy and effortless while staying in close contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Attention to detail on the interior of the unit and attention to detail and convenience were evident throughout the complex. Long time Sanibel renter, first time at Coquina and will definitely come back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay

Having a place just steps away from my beloved Sanibel was heaven! Thank you. It was great! There were multiple reminders with a lot of information included. Once on the island we texted and that was the easiest way for me to communicate.

There was no dishwasher detergent nor laundry detergent. Very old definitely needs an update. doors were difficult to open very old!!!
