The place was nice with great views. Very clean and a spacious balcony. Views from 17th floor were nice. The only complaint from the whole family were the beds. Every single bed is on wheels so any movement you feel the bed move. Even the kids complained. The place needs some TLC as trim and other areas need some fixing. Palacio is a great building and location. I would not stay at this unit again but would try another place in the Palacio.

This was a wonderful stay. When we were not out visiting the many points of interest, we spent most of our 'at home' time on the balcony. From sun up to far into the night the view was spectacular! The star filled night sky was incredible! We watched wildlife in the Gulf and in the air daily. The Blue Angels even flew by! The soothing sound of the waves on the shore was balm for the soul any time of day. We cooked a few meals in the unit and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. The unit was clean and comfortably furnished. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the beach. Definitely going to come back!

Clean rooms overall, well stocked with dishes, silverware, excellent views and easy parking. A few issues that were present in our stay: The front door code provided to enter the building was 6 digits long and the correct code ended up being 5 digits long. Random folks let us in a few times before we got the right code. The room door code worked fine. After the first night we let them know the mattresses were worn out and they apologized, saying "we don't have any toppers available." We didn't say the topper was worn out...the mattress was. After the second night we had to move to a different room because we had burned too much vacation time feeling terrible already. We went to 1901 which had 4 beds to choose from and overall was much better on the bed situation.

I normally only leave positive reviews, but I feel like I need to be very honest with this one. While not a “bad” experience, for the pricepoint I would have expected different. The view to the beach was just what you’d expect from the listing pictures. That did not disappoint. The kitchen was clean, but very sparse as far as equipment goes. The beds are low quality - very squeaky and uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was small and the furniture felt worn and not fresh. We actually placed a sheet over the sofa because it did not feel clean. Overall, for what we paid we just expected a higher-end condo than what we experienced. We have stayed in this complex previously, which is why we chose this condo, but the entire place could use a refresh.
