It was a great rental for a guys fly fishing trip. Clean and it had everything we needed. Plus a great location.

Very clean, well kept and well stocked apartment. We felt very comfortable staying there. Multiple outdoor decks/sitting areas made the space feel even bigger.Just a few hundred yards south of downtown and right on the river. Convenient location. Enjoyed the various hot springs and did some amazing hiking and fishing nearby, during our stay.Would happily stay there again when we hopefully return to Pagosa soon...

Beautiful, clean, centrally located condo in Pagosa Springs. Online photos accurately represented the condo. Beds were comfortable and the unit was spotless. Highly recommend this condo.

This place is every bit is nice as it appears in the pictures, if not more so. Rokus on the televisions is a nice touch. The kitchen is well supplied, and there are a lot of items already in the pantry too. Excellent value.
