Gorgeous, modern and updated... Featuring 2 Master Suites, this two bedroom condo is situated in the perfect location.... Pacific Ocean, each of the two pools and Palapa swim-up bar/restaurant are literally a few steps from the front door and patio.
Front and back entrances open directly onto the sand! 2 master bedrooms, both with bathrooms en suite...great privacy for 2 couples. Also, 2 convertible futons in main room to sleep family of 6.
Over $100,000 in recent upgrades, marble, travertine, granite throughout, new air conditioner splits and ceiling fans in each space; new appliances: new washer w/dryer, new refrigerator, new microwave, new dishwasher, new chef bbq, super hi-speed free private internet for streaming , new 55" LG TV in living, new 43" LG TV in master (both with Amazon Fire and VPN) : Terrasol's finest unit #131
The large patio with chef BBQ grill has plenty of room for lounging, dining, enjoying a beautiful evening or your morning coffee, and just steps to Palapa restaurant.
With many upgrades and renovations to the condo, you will find both bedrooms and attached ensuite bathrooms are very spacious. There is a large King size bed in each room. Sleeps 4 comfortably; there are also 2 convertible sofas with the option to accommodate as many as 6 guests.
The large living room is open to the dining area, with seating for 6 people, over-sized marble island bar, attached to a well -equipped kitchen that has everything needed for your cooking desires.

**1-2 people $18.50/night (not per person)
**3-4 people $23.50/night
**5-6 people $28.50/night
N.B. The resort fees will each increase by +$1.00 effective reservations May 1, 2025

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (August to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

We love staying at Terrasol, it never disappoints. The people are so friendly here, and Carlos is very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed, not only during our trip but before and after as well, from making us reservations for our anniversary, to mailing back my shoes I left, he goes above and beyond. The beach is beautiful, the restaurant by the pool has great food, it is a quiet, clean, beautiful place to stay. I love how you can open the door and the sand is off the patio, it makes the outside feel like part of the condo. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

This was a lovely place to stay, and we will be back. Unlike other loud and crowded resorts, it was quiet and the staff were lovely. Plenty of space for our family. Only suggestion is there is peeling paint in the kitchen (easy fix) and they were doing some work/construction right outside our unit early in the morning which wasn't super ideal when we wanted to sleep in. That aside, location, view and everything else was so lovely and we will definitely be back again. Host was excellent and communicative.

Excellent stay at an excellent location. Lulled to sleep by the waves, short walk to marina and to swimmable beach. Excellent service by Carlos. Been to a lot of VRBOs and this was great.
