Palms at Wailea #1503 is one of the best located condos in this property; situated in the inner circle providing views out to Maalaea Bay, West Maui Mountains and the island of Lanai. This magnificent view is reflected from the wall to wall mirrors in the living room. Walk out access to the stunning central grounds and perfect proximity to the pool. The northeast facing is perfect for both sunbathers and shade lovers and most important this location keeps the condo cool and comfortable without needing an air conditioning.

The owners of Palms at Wailea #1503 have provided beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, swim fins, swim noodles, toys for the kids. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The place is great, beautiful, but it is warm in the main living room and kitchen. It's ok at night when you can enjoy the outside and it's cooler, but it's just a little stuffy. Otherwise the place is amazing. Highly recommend

Pros: The view was amazing and the location was great; unit was very clean; very large lanai; walking distance to the shops at Wailea and the beach.Con’s: the starter supplies were minimal; the master shower handle fell off; the screen doors need either oiled or replaced. They were hard to open and were loud when opening; there was no broom or vacuum.Overall the place was great and we had a wonderful time.

Maui is like our second home. We have stayed at this condo every time that we have visited Maui. The condo is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the best beaches. The condo is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The amenities are great for beach days. My favorite activity is sitting on the lanai, watching the sunrise or sunset, and admiring the gorgeous ocean view.

I believe it’s important to provide a balanced review so here it goes:
Pros: Great location, especially for families. The kids loved running on the grass outside the lanai while the adults enjoyed a cocktail at sunset.
Cons: wanted to love this unit but truthfully it really needs some TLC.
When we checked in there were dirty cleaning clothes sitting on the counter. We told the “inspector and she said. Oh sorry about that ?
The kitchen was bug infested. We called the management company to complain and they were responsive and came and sprayed but there was old food left in the cupboards that was not cleaned out and it was evident that there hadn’t been a “deep clean” done in some time. Our kids did a full day cleaning just to try and get rid of the infestation. Not how you want to spend your holiday.
The sliding doors in the master bedroom were broken and didn’t open.
The vaccum didn’t work. Again, we advised the agency. They responded that there djould be a working broom and dustpan. To which we replied, okay but if you want the unit to stay clean perhaps you could advise the home owners that they need to invest in a new vacuum. They subsequently sent one over,
Other than that, it’s a perfectly located unit but for the nightly rate, pretty disappointing.
