A Few Helpful House Rules
To keep things enjoyable and stress-free for everyone:
- This is a peaceful, family-friendly home — we kindly ask that there are no parties, events, or bookings made on behalf of others.
- For everyone's safety, we have exterior security cameras facing the driveway and other public areas — no cameras in private spaces, of course.
- Parking is available for up to 7 vehicles. Please avoid parking on the street or grass.
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying at the home during the reservation.

The pictures don't do justice to the complete view of the beach from the many large windows on all sides of the house! Also, I didn't realize that the bottom bunks in the shared bedroom are full-sized. That was an unexpected treat for those using that room! This home is beautifully and comfortably decorated; everyone who visited wants to stay there themselves!

The location, views, and proximity to the beach are unbeatable. I loved the neutral, beachy vibe — it felt so calming. They provide beach towels, and there's an assortment of kids' beach toys and beach chairs (not in the best condition from being sprayed with ocean water, but still usable) in the garage. The beds were comfortable, with good linens. The kitchen was overall well-stocked. This house was perfect for my family with three young kids and a dog. We came at the end of March/early April--mid-70s and strong sun meant the beach was very comfortable but not too hot, and the majority of the houses were vacant during the week (private beach!). The water was obviously chilly, but that didn't stop the kids. The kids loved the hammock swings and the afternoon art projects on the deck. We appreciated the mini cooler. Make sure to bring everything inside every night, especially if it has metal; everything gets sprayed with salty ocean water overnight! (We loved the nearby Alligator Farm; highly recommended for all ages!)Thank you!

It was ok. Not happy with upstairs bathroom- low water pressure for old shower. Bathroom really needs upgrading. Kitchen not very well supplied, pots and pans were all scratched. No can opener could be found. On our last day checking out we found it way over in a basket we never knew it was there where the guest book was. Seating outside on deck needs higher seating due to interference of rail for ocean view. Inside stairs were very dangerous going up and down due to no rail. Dining room chairs were n very uncomfortable due to hurting back of legs. Needs some kind of cushions. Would not stay here again or recommend it. Thank you.
