There are many shops within walking distance. I was able to walk safely to all my appointment at Mayo clinic. There is also washer and dryer which was great to use.

Nice place, nice stay. Complimentary snacks and water offered were nowhere in site. The mattress is not super comfortable and the small couch to watch tv was very hard.
