Located in Beachside II on the 3rd floor in Sandestin ® this condo offers stunning views of the sugar white sand and the famous emerald waters. This newly remodeled one bedroom beachfront condo contains a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience. The condo offers the largest of the one bedroom floor plan with the bedroom on the Gulf.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a complimenting backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and more.
Amenities include-A pool that is seasonally heated, fitness area, gulf views, 3 elevators, grills on the pool deck, ice machine on first floor, tram service, private beach, free parking and WIFI.
On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, shopping, dining, kids activates, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center.

No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change. Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.

From the moment we drove onto the resort it was beautiful! The condo was perfect from the location on the beach to the floor it was on. You are close to the elevator and parking which makes loading and unloading a conch! The view from you lanai is amazing and honestly, I wouldn’t want to be any higher or lower! The unit was super clean (maybe steam clean the couch arms). The unit was recently remodeled too. After staying in so many VRBO’s I would like to add this unit was very minimal in the kitchen. No seasonings at all not even a basic salt and pepper. So bring that. You do have both a keurig and a traditional coffee maker. The beach chairs have truly seen better days. Overall though this unit was perfect and super glad we found it!!!

A neat place to stay. Very secure feeling be here with some security walking around and manned gate at the entrance. The condo was nice on the inside a felt very clean. Beach was nice for us but we know a week before that there was a lot of sea weed on the beach. It was fairly quiet even being on the 3rd floor. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

We decided to do a local staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The process to check in and gate/door codes was great. The room location on the 3rd floor was nice. The view from the patio was amazing. The condo itself seemed a little off. We understand it is the off season, but I was little disappointed in the overall state of the condo. Quick wall patch jobs from where the front door handle broke the drywall, a lot of missing paint and scuff parks throughout the living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom was big but the spring mattress was very uncomfortable and the think/flat pillows didn’t help. We had to move the bed out from the wall because every time you moved the metal headboard would hit the wall. The couch in the living room was worn down and the pillows were flat.The condo building did have construction going on but luckily it didn’t not impact us.Overall for a quick weekend it was ok.
