Very nice apartment, located on the 1st floor of a small building, at the bottom of the rue de Saint-Servan. Quiet, facing the sea, close to all amenities and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Intra-Muros.
Composed of a large living-room with sea view, a large separate fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a large 180 double bed, the second has 3 single beds (90), 2 of which can be pushed together to make a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. There is also another separate bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate toilet.
Two of the bedrooms have a sea view, the other has a garden view.
A private parking space is reserved for you within the residence.
The apartment is located 300 meters from free public parking. You can reach Intra-muros, the historic center in 10 minutes by walking, down the rue de Saint-Servan or along the port of Bas Sablons.
A market is organized on the place of Saint-Servan at 200 m, on Tuesdays and Fridays under the halls, you will find fresh fish there. A small oyster merchant is installed every Sunday on Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre). Two mini markets open 7 days a week are less than 1 km away by walking (at the bas sablons and near the Sainte-Croix church) and a Carrefour Market is 700 meters away, in the rue ville pépin.
Saint-Servan is known for its large shopping street, the Solidor tower, the City of Aleth, cradle of Saint-Malo.
Beaches and walks:
Protected from the winds, the beaches and charming coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families. On Bas-Sablons beach, at the bottom of the theater square, you can have lunch or a drink at "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below.
We also recommend the walk along the Aleth corniche, the cradle of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral.
Transport:
You are 10 minutes from the Intra-Muros by walking.
Several bus lines serve Saint-Servan: line 1 (Intra-Muros / the station / shopping center of La Madeleine), line 6 (Intra-Muros / Quelmer and its walks on the banks of the Rance), and line 4 ( Rothéneuf / Château-Malo) allows you to reach the other seaside areas of Sillon beach, Paramé and Courtoisville, ...
You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person from the Cocoonr agency in Saint-Malo, who will show you the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.

Beautiful spacious light apartment with a fabulous view. Everything was ofva high standard spotlessly clean and the finishing touches how towells were laid out made it all very special.

Le Hauturier "we really enjoyed our stay here. The decor was very relaxing, the huge windows and natural light were brilliant. It was very comfortable. Even the beds and the shower.
the biggest downsides were there is only one toilet (in it's own separate room) and we were told not to contact the woman that gave us the key and let us in but only to contact the agency if any questions came up, which they did. It just felt a little let down not to have human contact for questions and instead to consult the agency, which we never did because we were able to figure those things out.
also, kitchen garbage was really hard to find. would be good to point that out in advance."

Le Hauturier "The place is as described and the photos do it justice. If anything is that it’s bigger than expected. The appartement feels homey right away. Bright, spacious, spotless and calm with a well furnished kitchen. Very close to a lot of amenities. I specially recommend the market 5 minutes walk every Tuesday and Friday where you can find everything straight from the producers.
There’s a QR code to scan to know how to use everything in the apartment that could come handy. Small cons is that the water heater can be easily overwhelmed especially that we were in winter, and that this is in an old building so you might be able to hear the neighbors sometimes so they can also hear you. This is rather a family place, not for running a techno battle."
