The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Saint-Malo, just 300 metres from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fibre optic), covering an area of 100 m² and accommodating up to 7 guests.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath and shower). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
All rooms in the property are on the same floor.
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bedroom with one bunk bed (two beds measuring 90x190) and one single bed
- A bathroom with a bath and shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a washing machine, a cot, a fan, and an iron and ironing board.
The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- either self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450 metres from the station, a 30-minute walk from the accommodation or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’, on lines 1 and 8.
- or a face-to-face welcome: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat and hand over the keys.
