Es verkörpert den italienischen Lebensstil. Wer in der Villa mal war, weiss ganz genau wie es sich in Como lebt. Wunderschön. Dir Terasse über den Dächern ist ein Highlight. Der Garten, die Einrichtung, einfach nur Como-ianisch. Für Erwachsene ideal. Hat genug Platz ist sehr komfortabel.

Mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu Empfehlen. Die Treppen, die Höhe etc, war nicht lustig mit einem Kleinkind. Das Parkieren ist schwierig. Man braucht gute Skills zum in die Garage zu kommen weil wir ein grosses Auto hatten. Türen waren bisschen schwer abzuschliessen. Wer Insekten und Tierchen nicht mag, auch nicht zu empfehlen. Da viele Tierchen im Haus sein können (Garten). Es gibt zwei Türen noch zur oberen Etage, die sind abgeschlossen, doch nicht überrascht sein.

The house was gorgeous and big! Beautiful on the inside and out. Big rooms, all cute decorated and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. the bathrooms were spacious and clean. Everything you'd want in a house for your vacation. The patio and terrasse also very big and beautiful. It had pretty flowers everywhere and the palm trees gave it a perfect touch! And the terrasse on top had the best view on to the Lake. Overall it was perfect and will definately be coming back!

This is not the Host's fault and it's very common in Italy but just as a warning: The Garage is inconveniently located. It's right next to the street on a curve and when coming in or out, you need to be very careful and you'll have to block the street for a moment which can be very nerve-racking. Especially if you're by yourself, because someone needs to get out the car and open/close the garage gate. But overall not a reason not to go!

Close to Como and attractions. Nice view although the lake is hidden behind trees. House is spacious and pretty with a fabulous garden and outside space. Lots of potential.

We had many issues and the host offered to look at some sort of compensation but never did anything despite asking several times. Total silence since checkout. No action during our stay to solve any of the below issues. 1. The parking is impossibly small so we couldn't use our car easily. That should be made clear before booking this house, maybe with signage and height and length limits? 2. Hot water was off. I had to play electrician myself. Host did not care to help. 3. Laundry had no power either 4. Oven has a fault on the display and does not work at all. We raised this upon arrival but no action has been taken during our entire stay 5. The street is so busy and has a drain crate on it that makes a loud bang every time a car drives over it all night. It is impossible to have the windows open. They need to inform guests and the council about this 6. Washing machine is out of control when spinning it bounces around the cellar and pulls itself out of the power point. We couldn't wash during our stay. Again - no care from host. 7. No remote for the garage so we had a car blocking our park one night. The house is at a very busy narrow road with no parking at all within 1 or 2 km 8. The WiFi is turning off intermittently all the time. 9. The house is advertised for up to 8 people but there is not enough cutlery or plates in the house to have more than one meal without doing dishes. 10. There is no coffee or milk or any provisions on arrival. (confirmed by host) 11. Two power outages during our stay where we had to find fuses and fuse boxes. All with absolutely no help from the owners or care takers. All in all travelling with small children and an elderly person we were disappointed to a degree where our entire holiday was overshadowed by all the issues we had. No follow up, apology or gesture in any way from the host.
