Kalopsia

Location, size of room, view from my bedroom and friendly helpful reception staff.

Stingy impolite staff at breakfast. On the menu, you get 1 portion of each, which is a little. I stayed there for about 4 nights and I paid for 2 people yet everytime I asked for the extra meal or 2nd juice/milk they made excuses and/or never had. We were only a few people staying in the hotel so how did they not cater for the amount of guests every morning? Being locked out on my arrival despite making arrangements to arrive early in the morning. Luckily my taxi driver could phone them as my network doesn't work in Ecuador.

They let us store our bags before check in. WiFi was good.

The conversation rate done at the accommodation ended up double what was shown on bookings.com at the time of booking, so that was an unexpected surprise. Walls were thin and we could hear everything in the room next door.
